This report is about how important it is to make it clear to yourself that the situation that led to the symptoms will not happen again. I said to myself bluntly: It won't happen again, because the people who participated in it won't be around me anymore.

In the photo you see a collage: before and after photos. The spots on my back are over 30 years old. The upper left and lower photos were taken in July 2022. Then I tried to deal with the spots using different means. But they didn't pass. The photo on the upper right is already February 2023. Unfortunately, I did not notice how many days passed from awareness to back redness, as well as from redness to their complete disappearance. But it seemed to me that it took no more than two weeks.

The situation is very personal, I can only say that it was a desire to separate myself from the offender (epidermis, ectoderm, separation conflict), whom I perceived as an aggressor.

I don't even remember exactly what DHS is. But a couple of months ago, trying to deal with the spots, I just told myself that there would be no repeat of the events of thirty years ago. I will not return to those places, I will not meet those people who surrounded me thirty years ago...

After a few days, my back looked like I was sunburned, it was red and itchy.

During these days, I have experienced light dizziness several times (without loss of consciousness). In addition, I often went to the toilet during one day. Apparently, the collector tubes of the kidneys were getting rid of water supplies.

My dermatologist friend couldn't believe I hadn't used ointments. She's in my class now. After all, in official medicine it is called lichen and is considered contagious. But for some reason my husband didn't get infected after lying in the same bed with me for 30 years.
