Some of my experiences with the 5BN
The most exciting thing about the 5BN is being able to put it into practice, after of course, having familiarized yourself with it. In the vast majority of cases, you know what the symptoms are, what stage the SBS is in, what the most rational course of action is, and often the expected duration of symptoms.
Over the years, I’ve witnessed dozens of symptoms with myself, my family, and friends and through them, gained valuable experience. Here are some I chronicled and published on Copernicus. In the interest of maintaining anonymity, I always speak neutrally of “clients” in the reports:
